Spend 10 to 30 minutes in each therapy. It’s not a huge time committment, but it will help you each time you come. Come often to be a part of our community. We can advise you of a routine of care, but over time you will also find rhythms that work for you. The benefits of membership also include access to massage appointments with Jim.
